Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawdHost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

ClawdHost provides managed hosting for Clawdbot (also known as Moltbot or OpenClaw), an open-source AI agent framework. Our Service includes:

  • Automated VPS provisioning and configuration
  • Web dashboard for instance and channel management
  • Integration with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack)
  • Infrastructure maintenance and updates

Your Responsibilities

As a user of ClawdHost, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Provide valid API keys for your chosen LLM provider
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ClawdHost to:

✗Violate any laws or regulations
✗Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
✗Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
✗Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
✗Attempt to bypass security measures or access other users' data
✗Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment Terms

ClawdHost charges a monthly subscription fee of $25 USD. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the monthly subscription fee via our payment processor (Dodo Payments)
  • Keep your payment method current
  • Pay for all usage under your account

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
  • Your VPS instances will be terminated within 24 hours
  • All data on your instances will be permanently deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWDHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Intellectual Property

ClawdHost owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including:

  • The ClawdHost name, logo, and branding
  • The web dashboard and related software
  • Content and documentation

Clawdbot, Moltbot, and OpenClaw are open-source projects. ClawdHost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with these projects or their creators.

Third-Party Services

Your use of ClawdHost may involve third-party services, including messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack) and LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawdHost from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawdHost is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
